1. Find ways to increase COMMUNICATION with our teachers, parents and communities. Through one on one interactions in schools, community meetings and parent input; we can help educate and make decisions together that will help all students.

2. Strengthen teacher support through COLLABORATION and professional development. Giving our teachers and staff opportunities to learn from each other and outside experts, we encourage teachers to become the very best educators they can become.

3. Tackle CLASS sizes. Class sizes will always be large unless we make them a priority in our budget and help our communities understand how education budgets work and their role in helping decrease class sizes. Through the communication described in priority one, I hope to gain the support needed to secure the appropriate funds to decrease all class sizes.
